What is Talent Pool?
We recognize that qualified and enthusiastic people are the basis of our success. The main aim of talent pool project is to hire the best students and, most importantly, to identify and develop our future leaders. We run Talent Pool for four years in a row, and until now we employed 7 young talents and offered 6 scholarships.

Who are we looking for?
Currently, we are looking for students of senior year with different educational backgrounds and we evaluate applicants based on their qualities and their fit to our business needs. We are interested to recruit people with the qualities and the potential to become strong performers, and we want to entrust them with a variety of responsibilities from the very beginning of their career.
